This is a basic smoothie recipe, one of my favorites. It is great for breakfast or a snack and it doesn't have any fake sugar or bad fat. Ingredients- 1 Frozen banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 cup milk honey (optional) Throw it all in the blender and blend till smooth.
This looks and sounds delicious! I have never been able to find a homemade smoothie receipt that I enjoy. I may just have to try this one out! I love to eat both bananas and strawberries, especially during the summer when strawberries are red and juicy. Fresh fruits are the best!
I am a smoothie lover and I will definitely look into trying your recipe for strawberry smoothies as well as your wildberry recipe because I make them very often not really following a recipe and sometimes they are good and other times not so much. If we were to use honey how much would you recommend?
